cos i'm depressing and am quite proud of this, i'm going to post you a poem.

Tombstone.

I'm sitting here alone,
Creepiest place I've ever seen,
Even emptier than my heart.
Perched by your tombstone,
Muttering to myself,
Saying my final goodbyes.
Night has fallen,
Time to go,
But I can't prise myself away,
Despite the rain beginning to fall.
Newly sewn grass starting to become visible,
But until it's there,
It makes it more real seeing the earth piled on top of you.
Can't imagine how it must feel,
Dark, damp, nowhere near worthy of you.
Creatures of the night flying overhead,
I'm surrounded by unknown noises.
Not another soul around that's joined to a body,
Just the spirits,
Rising in a jealous rage,
They've been forgotten,
But I'm here for you.
How long has it been?
I can't say.
It seems like forever, but it can't be.
Memories still fresh in my mind,
Feels like they're making my brain bleed.
With the greatest effort ever mustered,
I stand, turn, and stare through my tears,
Kiss my fingertips and press them into the cold stone,
Where your name is carved.
Running, sobbing, stumbling,
Home.
This house is so empty now.
No wonder I was happier out there,
With you.
